Lockdown has been imposed across the country due to Coronavirus. Which has had a very sweet effect on the Indian economy? The central government has announced an economic relief package of Rs 20 lakh crore to revive India's crippled economy. 

The finance minister then held a press conference on Wednesday to make some important announcements about the economic relief package. In which information was given about the government's package associated with organizations like PF, SME, NBFC. 

Then again a press conference has been held today, Thursday. There are likely to be some important announcements.
- Amendment of labor law: Discrimination in minimum wage will be eliminated, annual health checkup of workers will be done.

- The minimum wage rate was earlier Rs 182 which has been increased to Rs 202 now. 2.33 crore migrant laborers have got jobs in panchayats.

- New guidelines for safety for women to work night shifts will be announced.

- 2.5 crore farmers will be given Rs 2 lakh crore through Kisan Credit Card, fishermen and pastoralists will also be given benefits, a credit will be given at cheaper rates.

- To boost the housing sector, the Affordable Housing Credit Link Scheme for households with an annual income of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 18 lakh has been extended till March 31, 2021, benefiting 2.5 lakh households. 70,000 crore investment expected

- Larigalla, provision of Rs 5,000 crore for easy credit to bedding, loans up to Rs 10,000 can be taken, 50 lakh hawkers will benefit

- Migrant laborers and the urban poor will be given three meals a day in a shelter home. Migrant laborers will also be given jobs in MNREGA

- Rs 86,600 crore loan to farmers for farming, exemption from interest till May 31: Nirmala Sitharaman

- 25 lakh farmers will be given credit cards. Help will be provided to three crore farmers. The government is constantly working in lockdown.
